About MCUdle

MCUdle is a free, browser-based daily guessing game built around the cast of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Every day a different character becomes the answer, and players have unlimited attempts to identify them. We built MCUdle for the people who already love the movies and shows — the fans who can name a hero from their debut film, their team, or the way their powers work.

Who is behind MCUdle?

MCUdle is an independent fan project, made by people who wanted to combine the kind of programming work they already enjoyed with a universe they already knew inside out. We are not a studio and we are not affiliated with Marvel Studios or Disney. The interesting part — the part we spend most of our time on — is everything that surrounds the puzzle: a streak system that rewards consistency rather than speed, a collection to complete, and a roster we maintain by hand as the MCU grows.

Why a daily MCU game?

The MCU is genuinely well-suited to this format: characters have distinct silhouettes, powers that are themselves a kind of trivia, and decades of comic and film history behind them. The audience is broad, too — someone who has only ever seen a handful of the films can still make a real dent in a round.
